With almost 25 years of combined property management and construction experience, Dennis Mangerino and Kat Harrison steer the MCF ship. Continuing to build on the corner stone set by the founder and chairman Dennis Mangerino, this duo is committed to setting the standards not just in the HOA industry – but also in all service industries.
