In the early 1980’s, the community management industry was most prominently identified by characteristics that included unethical practices and lack of professionalism. The catalyst that formed MCF Management Services was the goal of changing the perception that all management companies are alike. We do that by offering friendly professional service delivered with the highest degree of integrity and unsurpassed ethical conduct. Beginning with three people and one client in a small office in Phelan, MCF quickly established a new standard, consisting of a simple philosophy – always do the right thing and serve clients with the utmost respect and care.

MCF Leadership

Two executives who have a long-standing commitment to both the HOA industry and MCF Management Services lead MCF Management Services. With almost 25 years of combined property management and construction experience, Dennis Mangerino and Kat Harrison steer the MCF ship. Continuing to build on the corner stone set by the founder and chairman Dennis Mangerino, this duo is committed to setting the standards not just in the HOA industry – but also in all service industries. The executive team continues to strive to find exceptional opportunities to further differentiate MCF’s services. This special team constantly delivers a level of experience, creativity and flexibility that is unsurpassed in the industry.
